How do I return an item?
REFUND POLICY:
CDs and DVDs must be returned unopened with the receipt within 30 days of the original purchase. All other items must be returned with the receipt within 30 days of the original purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Concert Tickets cannot be returned. *

* Cancellation Policy - Tonic
Sol-fa, LC, reserves the right to cancel the performance at any time due to
weather, sickness, or an act of God. If a cancellation occurs, no refunds will
be given. However, every effort will be made to reschedule the concert and all
tickets will be honored at such time.
